Neck Pain?

Looking For a Home Treatment Program?

Here Are Some Quick Facts:

  1. Neck pain usually indicates a problem involving the overall support structure of your upper back, shoulders and cervical spine

  2. Targeting individual symptoms such as inflammation, muscle imbalances, herniated discs, or even the pain itself is a piecemeal approach to treatment and often produces unsatisfactory results.

  3. The key to success is rebuilding the entire support structure with a comprehensive, balanced physical therapy program as advocated on this website (and in my book, Rebuild Your Neck).

Some Additional Quick Facts:

  1. Rebuilding has almost nothing to do with strength training or bodybuilding

  2. Rebuilding is about restoring health... slowly, gently, gradually. The way nature intended

  3. Rebuilding is entirely free. You do not need to purchase equipment, books, DVD's, supplements, gadgets or gimmicks

Please allow me to elaborate on that last point...

Rebuilding Your Neck is Entirely Free

Yes, I've written books about how I rebuilt my own back and neck and you can read more about them on my Books Page if you wish. But the truth of the matter is you do not need to purchase anything in order to rebuild your neck.

I didn't have a book back when I set out to rebuild my own neck and if you will simply take the time to absorb the information presented on this website, I assure you that you can do the same.

At the risk of being redundant...

How To Rebuild Your Neck:

  1. 90% of the task is just knowing that you can

  2. Take a few minutes to read the information on this website

  3. Then just do it

It really is that simple.

If you're dealing with neck pain, here's a good article to get you started on the road to recovery: Is Back or Neck Pain a Medical Problem?

Take care,
Dean
