Hi leftlegdan,

Some people get lucky and the sciatica symptoms clear up right away. For others it can take a long time. You didn't mention how long you've been doing the exercises, so that limits any advice I can give you. I just don't know how far along you are in the program.

Hi leftlegdan

Sounds like you've got more than sciatica to deal with .... was stuff broken in the accident that needs surgical repair??

Does your state have medicaid to help you with medical expenses? If not, can you move to one, (like NC that has helped me)?

Don't lose hope cause there are still treatment for this, but you need to look for a good specialist to cure your symptoms.
