Time to re-energise this book and forum!!

Postby Arbee » Thu Mar 22, 2018 5:12 am

I "bought the book" years ago and immediately benefited from previously incapacitating lower back issues and have looked after my core ever since with the exercise regime, with no problems whatsoever for years now.

In the news recently there has been such a focus on back issues and on obesity, I just wish this book was made compulsory reading for all patients with back issues. I make no apology for evangelising Rebuild Your Back, it's just the most sensible approach, period.

Time to put it back in the spotlight, the world needs it!!

With thanks and many years now of continuous appreciation while preaching to anyone who'll listen :D

Having just recommended this site to a couple of colleagues I was reminded yet again what a great success story this is, I'm (still, after 10 years!) living proof of it.

Robert (Arbee),

I just spent the last hour trying to put together an appropriate reply to your posts only to find that when I went to post it I had been logged out by the system and, therefore, lost the whole thing.

In any event, thanks for the updates and the kind words of encouragement.
