inversion table and kneeling chair

Postby Carlos Perez » Mon Sep 16, 2013 7:23 pm

It is possible to get the Dean's opinion or any other ones about this two devices: the inversion table and the kneeling chair. I'm using both of them. I recently bought the Dean's book and I'm studying to start his recommended exercises by the book. So I wish to know if the inversion table could be part of the strategy and what about the kneeling chair.

Also I'm nearly self convinced to start the DRX 9000 decompression.

Best regards to all and a healthy back.
