Your books....

Postby barb » Mon Apr 29, 2013 1:03 pm

I got all three books, years ago, in 07. Did pretty well and still do the
exercises and stretches until the last two or three months.
I had shoulder surgery on 3/13/13 and was pretty immobile for weeks.
Well, that immobility has led to the worst episode of sciatica since the
original injury and I decided to go back through the books. I had
printed them out, and still have the .pdf's for the back and neck books but
I can't find the pain there a chance I could download it again?
If not, that's ok, but I wanted you to know that they've helped me a lot
over the years.
