Pelvic Shift

Postby drx44420 » Sun Mar 08, 2009 7:03 pm

When my lower back pain is worst, I get Pelvic Shift where my hips actually shift to the right so that I am/appear to be crooked. I can walk but crookedly.

Any idea what causes it? What I can do about it?

Have you been seen by a physiotherapist?

The cause might be your internal oblique and/or your spoas muscle. Then again, the cause might be a lot of different things. Have yourself checked out.

Good luck
