Shifted Cobra question

Postby TBone » Mon May 05, 2008 5:38 am

I just wanted to confirm that I am performing the shifted cobra correctly. My sciatica is primarily tingling in my right foot. Now, you must forgive the crude illustration below:

This is me lying face down on the floor. The zero is my head, the straight line is my body, and the backslashes are my legs. I have no arms! Is this, more or less, the correct position for the shifted cobra for right foot sciatica?
