I 've been doing the basic excercises for less than a week after back injury. I can't belive how good the progress has been. A week ago I couldn't stand up. Today, I can bend forward and place my palms on the floor. I'm curious; who is Dean Moyer? Background, credentials, etc. Nothing has ever worked this well.

Hi Joe,

Glad to hear that your back is improving. I know how you feel. Nothing ever worked for my back until I discovered Dean's book either.

As far as who Dean is all I can say is I know that that's his real name. I do know he's not a doctor and doesn't want anyone to think of him as "a back pain guru" or anything like that. He seems like a pretty down to earth person from his writing. I don't know much more than that.

Keep us posted on how your progress goes,
