back to normal

Hi guys,

Well, it's been several weeks now and my neck is fine. Haven't had another problem with it since I started doing the exercises. I can't thank you enough. It feels so great to just be back to normal again.

Hi Mitch,

Glad to hear you're making progress. I know what you mean about feeling normal. I never thought it would feel so good. I'm a 42 year old guy and I had neck pain off and on for about 5 - 6 years before I discovered Dean's book. Before that I had tried chiro, accupuncture, massage therapy and about every vitamin and herbal supplement you could think of. (I don't like to take drugs because I think they just cause other problems) The massage therapy seemed to help some but it would only last for a day or so and I'd need another session. I liked the chiropractic okay but I now know it was not doing anything and was probably doing more damage than good. Also it was too darn expensive. I don't have any insurance so I'm glad I finally found something that works that doesn't cost me anything.
