I have recently injured my back. Pain in lower back and down my buttocks to my left knee. It has been 2 months, but it is getting better. I just recently got your book and I am starting on the program. I also have been using an inversion table. Do you have any opinion on inversion tables? I like the feel I get from it and the rocking motion at the end of my inversion seems to feel like your pelvic rocking technique. I know that I need to strengthen my back and I think that your exercises will help.

Hi again krd,

If you like the inversion table there's nothing wrong with using it. I've heard other people say they like them. By the way, Dean has a good article on Sciatica and gadgets: Sciatica Treatment Options

Keep us posted on your progress,
