Pelvic strenghtening exercises

Hi Dean i am using both RYB and RYN programs and i am combining them with my PT pelvic exercises.

I guess it would be good to had a bit more of them in the RYB program harder ones.

Like contract your pelvic imagine both bones of your pelvic coming togheter toward the belly button, then start lifting one leg at a time with a 90 degree angle slowly.

Also same has above lift one leg 90 degree and the other one slides straight infront.

Both theses advance pelvic exercise stabilize the pelvic so it stop getting out of alignment.

Your program does the reset thank god all the great ab work streching and more.
