i went to my chiro for about 8 months. the reason i ask about overadjusting is cuz in those 8 months i had 80 adjustments (step 1 of the "corrective care" process). my parents went to a similar, but seemingly better, chiro. they did in one full year what i did in 8 months.
i stopped going back in october (it is now the end of march) so that was about 5 months ago. i have daily pain in my neck causing occasional headaches.
most of the time the pain is just achey and bearable, which is good cuz i'm a stay at home mom with 2 young children. some days it hurts like hell, but usually only for a handful of hours. it hurt worse at first, now it does hurt less. but, what is the deal? why does it hurt at all? it didnt hurt like this before the chiro. before that it only hurt if i ran too much or worked out too hard. my neck would hurt like crazy for a couple hours afterwards and eventually ease away.
if adjustments affect the muscles, etc wouldnt you need to take "a break" for it to all 'heal' or whatever? kind of like working out? you cant work the same muscles 2 days in a row so that they can repair and heal? what actually happens with an adjustment? and will all this soreness and pain go away? i am only 31 and in good health.

DO the program on this site, quit the chiro they are assholles, filled with promese and there adjustments only provide limited relief.

In other words the pain comes back after a few days.

Been going for a year and a half quit and am feeling a lot better now
