ALMOST ALL INFOMERCIALS OFFER A MONEY BACK "NO RISK OFFER"
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE SHIPPING/HANDLING COSTS? IS THIS WHERE THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY? DOES EVERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER GO TO THE TROUBLE TO GET A REFUND? ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS A TRUE REFLECTION OF ACTUAL COSTS?

I've wondered the same thing. I have a hunch that most people just never get around to returning the products. In fact, I imagine that the longer the return period is, the more likely people are to put if off. After awhile, they just forget about it.
Btw, I'm going to move your post -- not because there's anything wrong with it -- but because it's not specifically about back pain.
Thanks for posting.

True, unless there are SERIOUS dollars involved, most people just won't go to the trouble of returning an item that they may have used only a few times.
What's more, they will certainly pay for return shipping costs as well as a possible "restocking" fee. Oh yeah.. unless you saved all the packing materials and send it back in "resellable condition" you might have a problem getting that refund.
