I have been stretching also to lossn up. Is there any thing else that would help me with this problem of back pain. I also drink plenty of water since i ave been using the pain medicine.

Hi Bigbee,

Welcome to the forum. Always glad to have new people. Would love to try and make a suggestion, but there's not enough information in your post to really answer your question.

How long has this been going on?
Have you seen a doctor?
What did the doctor say?
Was there an injury that you can recall?
Why do you associate the pain with waking in the morning?
The pain recurring could be the pills wearing off.
Have you tried sleeping in a different position?
Have you tried the Rebuild Your Neck book?
Have you tried the techniques in The Pain Relief Manual?
Is it a dull pain?
Is it a sharp pain?
How much exercise do you do?
What do you think is causing this stiffness?

What you are describing could be caused by an injury, or emotional stress or even just sleeping on the wrong mattress. We would need much more information before we could even begin to offer suggestions.
