Hi Rita,

The Moderator of this sight (Dean) said it had crashed sometime last week. Your posts are coming in, though.

I found this sight in March after my injury and the folks here saved me $$$ and time with my recuperation. Poke around the sight, there's a bunch of good info here. You'll find others with very similar issues and see what's worked for them to start off.

If I had one single thing to share that helped me begin to repair my back, it would be the Cobra or Updog, if your familiar with yoga.

There's more on rebuilding your back in Dean's ebooks. I got them in place of getting that TruBack thing seen on TV. I feel that I'm fully recovered now, no lie. I don't work for Dean, never met him. But I'll vouch for his books.

The people on the forum are good, too. Read through the other threads when you have time. I think you'll learn alot about your own back and get great result, too.

Hope this helps,

Hi Rita -

Welcome. I agree with Scott. If I had found this site last year or the year before, it would have saved me hundreds of dollars and a lot of pain. It takes dedication to doing the exercises regularly, but when you do them, it's amazing that within a couple of weeks (in my case) I noticed a difference. The floor became my friend and the Cobra pose the most helpful. Any questions, throw them out here, and I'm sure there'll be someone to respond. Feel better soon!
