Has anyone in this forum tried back2life? I have seen their ad on tv recently and wanted to get some reviews from this forum.

Appreciate your response.

Hi, I'm new you RYB, and so, I just came across your post from quite a while back. Anyway, I tried the Back2Life for a few weeks. It only served to aggravate my back pain. I definitely don't recommend it.

I had a friend recommend Back to Life and I bought one. THe principles seem sound with the logic..

Unfortunately I didn't find any relief other than some relaxation from the product.

My understanding is that it is to increase blood flow to your lower back area by moving the muscles and joints while not in compression.

I have found the exercises in Dean's book are far more helpful combined with swimming on a regular basis. Swiming at an easy pace is far more exercise and gives the back very litttle compression while exercising many of the muscle groups in the hip back area.

If I have over done things (push too hard exercising or any back no no) and my back is inflammed the Back to Life product will make mine much worse. Where as the exercises recommended will bring relief.

Having said that one never knows with the back and this product might be very helpful for others.
