Hi fellow back pain sufferers. I'm new to this forum and new to Rebuild your back. I'm struggling with Pain from L5/S1 disc herniation and some S.I joint pain. I'm 36 live in the u.k. I dislocated my hip in a MTB accident, have had lots of bike crashes and have had 3 rather large children, ouch! in the last 12 years and probably havn't looked after my back. Ive seen enough specialists to concede the only person that can fix my back is me and so here i am. I'm really struggling at the moment with low back pain and finding sitting impossible. I intend to start the program when things settle and when the kids go back to school next week. I'd love to hear from anyone who has found a solution if only partial solution to the problem of sitting. Presently I can only sit for 5 minutes (rushing to get this email sent). Has anyone tried a sitting ball or a kneeling chair? Not sure which one to try but could do with finding something, even if its to help me do online grocery shopping (my life is so glamorous)!
