I have developed this bad back pain, when I fell off my bike a few months ago. Now its hard for me to sit for long hours at work. My doctor gave me a few medicines, but the pain is still on. A friend of mine suggested going to a physiotherapist. I spoke to one near me called Physio Now and they gave me an appointment. My question is, I have heard people say that, if physiotherapy goes wrong, the pain could just increase, is that true? Are there any exercises, that I could try at home for back pain?
