down with back pain, need to work, need advice!

Postby 3xn2years » Tue Feb 19, 2013 3:09 pm

Hello! This is the third time in two years that my back has "gone out" doing random things. This last time has been by far the worst as far as severity and healing time. In fact, this last episode could be broken down into three separate injury episodes, the last (hopefully!) of which just happened last night. I have a friend and trainer helping me to formulate a plan for rebuilding my core once I'm better, but I keep injuring it. I feel like resting won't do it, at this point (although I've also started eating a plant-based diet, while also making sure to have plenty of protein for the healing muscles/ligaments to utilize), I feel like I need to be doing something else as far as therapy! I also really need to see a doctor when I can- should I go to the chiropractor? Any advice? I wanna get back to work! Thanks!

Just don't go beyond your body can conceived and do intake foods high in anti oxidants. Does not only help the pain off but also repairs tissues..
