This is Jon, from Spain. I am on a quest for healing my back pain. My problem? Loooong hours and years sitting down with no exercise and the result is... well, in an image I cannot upload or link to from this forum due to its anti-spam policy, but I could share it with you if technology allows.

We cannot see the two lower discs, as they are so dehydrated they are not working properly nor showing up in the MRI. I have started swimming and stretching my lower back everyday but my question is the following: will I be able to rehydrate my discs and reverse the process?
