Re: Does anyone know about NUCCA?

Hello there, I'm new on here having found the site through a google search. I've had a bad back for 20 years after a bulged disc (L5) and then having an epidural. I've tried many things over the years with no real, lasting benefits. I've recently been told about NUCCA (National Upper Cervical Chiro...

I've spoken with several personal trainers and physiotherapists about these exercises, and they all agree that they're an excellent way to condition the upper and lower body with your own body weight. I've been told that one of the best ways to relieve the stress on the lower back muscles is to dev...

Re: far far away Tbone far far away

Yannick, Thanks you so much for letting me know this. I was thinking of getting Glucosamine. You just don't know what to spend money on and what not to spend it on. I will try it though since for time being prolotherapy is not an option with expense. Thanks for your support. Thealia For glucosamine...

Thanks FP. I agree...the push-ups are a nice combo of strength training/stretching. I do them fairly slowly and watch my breathing. I also like the squats...again, if you do them fairly slowly, they really work the core as you have to concentrate to avoid falling forward or backwards. Although they...

Re: far far away Tbone far far away

Yannick, Thanks for the information. I would not have even known to take the RYB along and I will ask for an MRI. I had one in 2007 it showed degenerative disc with some stenosis, but I will take your advice since falling and ask for a new one. Thanks for your time. Thealia I have discopathy L4L5 a...

Re: far far away Tbone far far away

I live in Canada, near Montreal. THe Clinic is in Laval 30 minutes from my house. I really cant wait to try this if it works for lower back then upper back will follow and maybe a nagging shoulder too. Hey Yannick, One of the guys we play tennis with just had a shot of something in his back a couple weeks ago. I wonder if its the same thing. I was told it did good things for him, but I'll find out just what he had done. I think that my back would have to be really messed up before I'd have anybod...
