have tremendous pain in my lower back, legs, and especially in the place on my right hip where my doctor grafted bone for my last 2 surgeries. What can I do to ease the pain. Pain killers do very little to help any :( more. I'm feeling very depressed and sometimes susicidal.WHAT CAN I DO TO GET OUT...

Forgot to add earlier that I actually had 5 sessions of physio therapy which did not help the pain at all, so to anyone thinking of getting treatment, i say NO! Don't do it! Save your money! Hi Rowan-- Re the "ebook style" - I found the advantage to printing the 6'x9" format on standard printer paper was the great margin space that leaves. Plenty of room for notes -- which exercises seem to be best for you with dates so you know when you started/stopped/tried them and how you responded....
