Having just recommended this site to a couple of colleagues I was reminded yet again what a great success story this is, I'm (still, after 10 years!) living proof of it.

My back issues seem quite similar and based on my experience of using the book over the past 5 months and progressing to core strengthening exercises - I agree with her :-)
