Hi,

Have you been seen by a physiotherapist?

The cause might be your internal oblique and/or your spoas muscle. Then again, the cause might be a lot of different things. Have yourself checked out.

Good luck

Hi Clynesn, I have a couple questions for you: 1- what was the level of the physiotherapist you saw? Was she or he an advanced manual therapist? 2- When you do the active straight leg raise, have you tried compression on the illiac bones? and compression on your thorax? I have been suffering from SI...

Hi Stevea Have you ever seen a physiotherapist? If you decide to give it a try, aim for a physio with advanced manual therapy level, below that level won't do you any good (I have just learned that from my personal experience!) They are the one with the most knowledge on the pelvis. I am not sure ho...

Salut Yannick, I just wanted to tell you that I met a new physio on Monday. I never had a meeting with a physio like that before, he totally understood my pain and was able to understand the pattern. Unlike all the others I have seen, he performed a lot of tests confirming everything that I was sayi...

Hi Yannick, I am still pondering on getting the RYB book. I just really wonder how it is so different then all the stuff I have tried ( trust me I went to extensive researches with all kinds of experts). Also, I read posts from people on this forum and they have used the book for a short amount of t...

Hi Gaspode, I can't help you with the disc question BUT I wanted to reply about a healthy diet and water level intake. I don't know how you eat, but that is a major factor in any injury that most specialist disregard. I have worked with a biochemist and my blood sample to optimise my diet in order t...

Hi, I also have anterior pelvic rotation. I still haven't figured out if my sacrum is responsible for that or not. I basically look pregnant all the time even though I am not, my butt hugs my back and my belly is sticking out alot. From my personal research I have found that the sacrum is usually re...

I will keep you posted. For now I am investigating something. Ever heard of Diane Lee in Vancouver? Apparently she is the guru of sijoint problems. I called her clinic to get a referral to someone in Montreal. I am now trying to find out who is the best person to treat me there. My next step, will b...

I am indeed an active person, that's the only way the pain doesn't bother me as much. You are right slowing down does help with the healing but I can't slow down. When I do the pain gets worse. Trust me, I have tried to slow down, it makes everything worse. My ligaments seems to get stuck more and m...

Hi Yannick! C'est une bonne chose que je n'habite pas à Fabreville!...lol I wanted to know how much prolotherapy costs? How many treatments are you expecting to have? Also, is prolotherapy like the cordisone injections....meaning do you have to expect them to stop working at one point or are they me...

Hi, I went to a Rolfer in the province of Quebec. I went to a few treatments with him his name is Jim Lewis in Montreal. Rolfing is EXTREMELY hard on your body. It does work on deeper body tissues such as psoas muscles for example. But imagine how many layers of muscles must be moved in order to get...
