Re: hello

hi i'm new to the site and thought i'd say hi. i've had back problems for over three years and stumbled across this site whilst surfing the web for a miracle cure. I'd resigned myself to the fact that i would have to live with back problems. I had a microdisectomy then a laminectomy, neither which ...

Re: Disc rehydration

Interesting what you say about the LTBP system as I also ordered it. I found the assessment very interesting well guess i would as no one but no one has assessed me yet. So i was taken away with it. Stopped doing the RYB exercises and started their regime. Now my going down hill does seem to coincid...

Re: Disc rehydration

At the moment i have not been referred to a surgeon so waiting on that before i know what he will suggest. My gut feeling is fusion as its much cheaper option and thats our NHS for you. I have looked at a german clinic and the cost to replace 1 disc is 25,000 euro's way outside my budget i am afraid...

Disc rehydration

Has anyone found out if this actually works? Is there any proof that the exercises in the book create a hydrating action and does anyone have the before and after MRI's. I am curious, i have come back from seeing the grim reaper again this morning and been condemned to A LIFE OF PAIN , yep thats the...

I do not seem to be getting any relief from the leg pain and aches ( hamstrings, back of the knee and calf), my lower back on the right side is also very tight like a knotted fist if i do any walks for more ...

Re: How to find a good physical therapist

Hi Shrike, I have to echo FlyingPig, my opinion of doctors is very low and having been to several physio sessions all they do is give me exercises that are in the Books. I am starting my second year of this adventure having thought Chiro was the answer, ha ha! Well not having moved much myself in al...

Re: Cobra Stretch and Sciatic Pain

Hi, Pete from the Uk here. I have just reached the 12 month mark and been doing the exercises for 2 months. I too seem to get more relief from the side bends though the cobra does hurt even after this much time. I have tried some of the floor exercises in the advanced and they do seem to help. I hav...

Re: Questions about the exercises

Hi ya, saw no one has answered you so as a newbie , 6 weeks into the programme i can say yes its hard to relax. Best thing is not to worry about it. Just try to brief and not hold your breath as you are doing the excercises. I find the side to side one very tough in fact i think i hate it but as Dea...
