I've done the DRX9000C with post treatment MRI that showed no change. The pain eventually subsided with nothing but rest-4 or 5 months of loafing. I recently irritated the nerve root again but got no MRI as I figured it would subside again. It has,after 17 days of vicious pain it is now mostly gone....

Stretching in different sequence than the book suggests?

Is it okay to do back stretches out of sequence? For instance,after the first stretch on the floor I stay on the floor and complete the other floor stretches before doing the standing and sitting stretches. This is out of order per the book but made sense for me.

I just started doing the back exercises and found some of them impossible to do as explained. Hold a pelvic pinch for 10 reps of 15 secs each after crunches,situps and a multitude of other stretches is impossible. Who can do this program? Who can do 10 pelvic pinches properly?
