no i didnt see that episode. i was one who was sucked in temoprarily to taking my kids in for adjustments ( they are 6 and 2). i know, absurd. but at the time i didnt know any better. thankfully i do now and they will never see a chiro again unless it's an emergency, even then, i'll be very very pic...

i went to my chiro for about 8 months. the reason i ask about overadjusting is cuz in those 8 months i had 80 adjustments (step 1 of the "corrective care" process). my parents went to a similar, but seemingly better, chiro. they did in one full year what i did in 8 months. i stopped going back in oc...

thanks. i'll look into the book. my neck pain had been going on for a few months beforehand. and yes my dr. was pretty sure it's stress. i'd never had stress/anxiety issues in my life. so since it all happened so suddenly, etc. it was very scary and confusing. that's kind of what helped me jump into...

ok, my chiro "preached" that our neck needs to have a 43 degree curve and the top bone (c1 i think) needs to be at 31 degrees. is this true? where is this info? i just want to have more (various) info. before i dive into the chiro care stuff.
