Thanks for the link, Dean. You’re right, there are a lot of great medical bloggers out there - and Grand Rounds is a great way to get access to them all in one place. But if you have a short attention span, you should definitely stick with the IR (immediate release) version this time.

Hi,
Dr Val: Thanks for noticing my little post. I decided to go with the “extended release” since my readers would probably be more comfortable with full descriptions. Two versions was a novel and interesting twist, however.
Cathy: Well, we finally meet. I’ve seen your name mentioned on various med blogs and heard a little about the troubles you had with your original blog. Very unfortunate. I’m glad you’re back with a new blog. Thank you for the kind words and link… I’m adding you to my blogroll as well.
