Lower back pain and neck pain can usually be resolved with just a simple home treatment program. Studies show that sciatica, herniated discs, pinched nerves, leg pain and even whiplash don't require drugs, surgery or chiropractic spinal manipulation, while rebuilding has proven to provide permanent pain relief.

[...] Despite my earlier post, Dr. Val has kindly agreed to forego the restraining order… at least for the time being. In return, I’ve agreed to check “him” into Rehab. (There you go blaming me.) (Well, it’s your fault.) (How is it…) [...]

Voices? What Voices? :)

(I think she likes me.)
(I don't think...)
(But she winked at me!)
(She was just...)
(Can I have a sandwich?)
(Sure.)

This was HILARIOUS. I liked the voices... my own blog is called Dr. Val & The Voice of Reason (so I guess I listen to voices too). Dr. Dino, keep me on your medication short list.

And Dean, thanks so much for the kudos. I pride myself on being down to earth and reasonable - I never liked jargon much. I have eclectic taste in health topics and will chatter away about anything from back pain to badger tuberculosis.

About the bank spy - I was hired by a national bank (can't tell you which one) to pretend to be a small business owner and try to get a loan from their branch managers (I had a concealed recording device). They were basically testing to see if their managers had any gender biases in their loan pitches, etc.

And the yogurt mogul - I was the VP of Sales and marketing for a Canadian yogurt company back in the early 90's.

So hope that settles some of the confusion... and yes I'm cute (in a wholesome kind of way) but married. ;)
