Lower back pain and neck pain can usually be resolved with just a simple home treatment program. Studies show that sciatica, herniated discs, pinched nerves, leg pain and even whiplash don't require drugs, surgery or chiropractic spinal manipulation, while rebuilding has proven to provide permanent pain relief.

The current nursing shortage in the United States is evidenced by fewer nurses entering the profession, fewer nursing faculty and fewer nurses adequately prepared to function in present-day culture.

The neophyte nurse’s entry into professional practice is often plagued with heavy patient caseloads, lack of mentoring, and extremely high organizational expectations.

So what is the proposed solution?
