Wife's leg pain

Postby Holden » Tue Jun 21, 2005 3:11 pm

Hi everyone,

Been working with my wife trying to help her beat this leg pain thing. So far she thinks it's getting better but we're not out of the woods yet.

She isn't progressing as fast as I did with my back pain.

Hi Holden,

Hang in there, it took my wife a long time to recover from leg pain too. Just be patient and do the exercises at least twice a day. Her progress improved dramatically when we increased to exercising in the morning and again at night before bed.

Hope this helps,

Richard

Thanks Richard,

Problem is she doesn't like to exercise, so it's a chore just to get her to do the exercises once a day. I keep trying to tell her that lack of exercise was why she developed the problem in the first place but she wants to believe it was fate or bad luck. The only reason I can get her to exercise at all is because she's seen how much it helped me.

I'll try to get her to do more and we'll see if that helps.
