Extreme pain while sleeping

Postby mommidwest » Fri Sep 11, 2009 8:40 pm

I have a herniated disc at L5S1. I had surgery in 2002 and was good until after my son was born in 6/2003. The last year it has gotten much worse. The last few months sleeping is all but impossible!! I even did some acupuncture which helped the pain but of course didn't fix the problem. I want to start the exercises but feel like I need to be more stable before beginning. I am so bad in the morning that I can hardly get out of bed and when I walk I feel like I can't hardly support myself. Any one else experience horrible pain while laying? I don't like doing meds but I am TIRED!!!!
