A Little Hope

Postby Denny » Sun Aug 14, 2005 2:43 pm

Hi, this is my first letter, I ruptured two disk last October, L-4& L-5. I had a good neurosurgeon who recommend no surgery although the disk were flattened out. Things were going well until last week when three different occurrences took place and I now am experiencing pain at L-4 and L-5 again. I don't think it's a disk it feels more like stiff nerve pressure with no sciatica. I'm a carpenter by trade and the pain makes work real hard plus i want to get better and not worsen the situation. Any uplifting advice? Thanks Denny

Hi Denny,

You know you've got a good surgeon when they don't automatically recommend surgery. Be sure to read The Truth About Herniated Discs on the main site.
