Strech are amazing but....

Postby yannick35 » Mon Aug 11, 2008 6:37 pm

Just want to know if its normal that my back cracks when i perform the streches. Namely the cobra, forward bending, side bent.

It doesnt hurt at all it just cracks.

Feels good actually but i have been told that too much cracking can loosen up joints and ligaments.

I am a bit scared because i went a year and a half to the chiro two of them actually and got adjusted twice a week.

I really hope that if there was damage it wont be permanent.

Thanks all you are great this program will save my life.

God i feel good

Hey Yannick,

Yep... my back cracks, too. Some days more than others. And it does feel good. I wouldn't even know how to stop it from happening.

I know you've taken a beating from the chiro, but I think you'll find that you'll be able to recover quite well from that. The human body is an amazing thing.

Thank you very much Flyin Pig yupe chiro = pertty scary.

The last one i saw adjusted me a lot harder then the first one, the few last times my pelvic region hurt for 3 days idiot said it was normal that my back was just working.

I feel really sad reading all that chiro stuff posted on here i wish that people would be aware of all theses crooks.

At least i am very vocal when someone says he is going to a chiro.
