Right Foot tingles when standing

Postby TBone » Fri Jul 18, 2008 11:00 am

Hello all,

I have been using the rebuilding exercises for about 2 and a half months now. I am pleased with my progress so far, however, I have noticed that if I stand in one place, that the bottom of my right foot near the pinky toe and the toe next to it start to tingle.

I am wondering if anyone knows what this is. My assumption is that it is a pinched nerve. Right now I am sitting and the tingling has subsided. Does anyone know any specific exercises to get rid of this?

TIA,
TBone
