Cox Decompression Therapy

Postby Peter B » Mon Jun 09, 2008 1:59 pm

Hello everyone. New to the forum. Please forgive my multiple "test" posts...I kept getting an error message everytime I tried to post something.

Is anyone out there familiar with the Cox Decrompression therapy? It's similar to the other "table-style" decrompression treatments. I've gone for a couple sessions, and I'm really not sure if it's worth the cost involved. I just spoke with a back surgeon today (he doesn't recommend surgery for me...yay!) and he just laughed when I asked if that type of therapy is worthwhile. I've been doing the flat-footed crouch decrompression exercise in Dean's book...I'm hoping that will be sufficient.

Great to have a place to come and share stories/ideas! Thanks for having me aboard.
