Walkfit... Any thoughts on this product?

Postby gsg » Sun Mar 16, 2008 12:14 pm

Hello,
I am new to the group and have read many of the posts on this site and I am finding some great information to some of my questions. I am hoping like most of the people here to find answers for my lower back pain. The information everyone shares is great and makes me believe that the answers I am looking for are right here.
Recently my back pain has become a bit more frequent and severe, with mild sciatica in my left leg. I have been looking for answers, and as I saw on another post; products like the TrueBack may help some, but not everyone and was wondering if anyone has heard of Walkfit or products like that for your feet. They claim to reduce back pain and help with your alignment. I think they are called orthotics.
If anyone has had experience with them, good or bad; I would appreciate hearing from you.

Btw....I download the RYB and started doing some of the beginning exercises and stretches and was amazed how good I felt after I did them. I am going to continue with the exercises and see how things progress from here.

Thanks everyone,
Greg
