Lower back and leg pain

Postby amyrb29412 » Fri Jul 13, 2007 2:54 pm

I don't know if anyone can help me but... I have had lower back pain and leg pain for a good while now. I have been to an osteopath who prescribed me a steriod which I was unable to finish due to the side effects and steriod shots in my back. I have also had two adjustments from a chiropracter but they are expensive. I feel a bit better but I still have symptoms. I do not have insurance so an MRI is out of the question. Any ideas??

Hi Amy

A lot of us here suffer from the same financial limitations you have .... but Dean's e-books are very cheap and the info in them is very effective. Have you downloaded them yet?

While MRIs are the medical "gold-standard" for diagnosis of many back problems ... it's not necessary to have one to recover from your symptoms. A good GP can give you a good, reliable diagnosis of the likely causes of your pain symptoms without one, so that, unless contra-indicated, you can begin with the RYB program without fear.
