Too much sitting

Doing McKenzie exercises.....much better for my lower back pain. Just started again. Doing the first 3 that are for intense lower back pain. I can walk...sleep...but...if I don't keep the nice little arch in the back...while sitting or driving....look out! Major pain. Although I've had epidural injections...seen chiropractors.....It only makes sense that keeping a slight lordosis in my back is taking the strain out of my lower back.
