Which book is better if pain is mid-back?

Postby sherryb » Sat May 19, 2007 7:10 pm

I'm not sure which book would suit me better. I have pain that starts in the middle of my back and radiates around my sides in the rib area. It's worse when I'm standing and eases quite a bit when I sit.

Has anyone had this problem? Should I get the book on LOWER back pain or neck/UPPER back pain?

Hi Sherry,

For what you're describing you'd want to get "Rebuild Your Neck". It covers the upper/mid back as well as the neck.

The lower back book is really only for lower back.

Keep us posted.
