Has anyone tried the spinal decompression? Was it successful?

jblunt -

There has been a lot of talk on these forums about (non-surgical) spinal decompression. Some for it, some against it. Do a search and read/decide for yourself if you want to give it a shot. The owner of this website, Dean, has an article and some links about it on the front page. His views are pretty strong on its intent and use.

Good luck -
