Pain relief manual

Has anybody tried this book? If so, how do you think it is? I was wondering if I should try this book. I already ordered the Rebuild your Back book and like it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi krd,

The Pain Relief Manual is about joint pain. If you liked the back book you will like the joint book.

Thanks for your response Bill. I have been taking Gloucosimine and that has made my joint pain virtually non-existent. I will work on my back exercises for now.
