Lose the back pain???

Has anyone ordered the video from this website?
Was it helpful?

Was the information different from that of Dean's "Rebuild Your Back" book?

I ordered this video program last year.

For the most part, I would have to say it's headed in the right direction. The main focus it centers on is helping you identify muscle imbalances and posture issues (high hip, tipped pelvis, etc). It then provides corrective exercises and stretching. After ordering and evaluating I sent some photos of my posture to the authors whom evaluated me (to the best of their ability from photos). They identified pronation in my feet which I've since had corrected with orthotics (I had my Doctor confirm this first and refer me to a foot and ankle specialist whom made the insole supports). I was also able to communicate with the authors through email which was nice. Although I didn't have any significant evidence of posture issues (thankfully), I can see a target audience whom could benefit from the program. I would only like to have seen a more professional production of the video.

I can't comment on the Video , But I'm familiar with the website .

There are some interesting articles on there , The (Free) back pain E-mail course is of interest .

Definately it is set up as a Business Web Site and I suppose that is fair enough if the product is worthwhile .

I notice now the product is $97 and I'm sure that when I found the site over 12 months ago that It was about $50. ( I hadn't been on the site for a long time prior to today )

The website is worth a visit to have a look at the articles .

And the Forum is ( was ) Interesting to read but as I said have not been there for a long time

I received an email from this website and the only way they would have my address is from rebuildyourback. Does anyone know if these two websites are run by the same people?

I really doubt if Dean is involved with losethebackpain.com in any way .

losethebackpain has an Affiliate Program paying $$$ for on-selling their Video's , So I think you have been SPAMMED by one of the affiliates trying to get a commission sale !

Complain to support@losethebackpain.com about getting spammed and forward the E-Mail to them !

Deans books are available by donation only. :D

Losethebackpain Video

Postby SnakeOil » Sun Oct 01, 2006 3:04 am

Hello everyone I ordered the video out of desperationas I was in so much pain from working and lifting at my job that I somehow really knocked something in there out of whack I never suffered so much in my life and to this day still have a numbness in my left foot despite the video and exercises mentioned.
I paid something like $70.00 (CanFunds) for it and I was somewhat disapointed with the quality and video production it sure could have been better.

And the author could have been a bit more informative in my view along with the video, he sent a photocopied sheet with about 4 different exercises you should do, that was it.
Like I did all of them , except one I couldn't do because when I kneel down on my lower left calf the pain is extruitating.

Anyhow my internet search has reveiled a hundreds of folks all purporting to have the ultimate back fixer method, too me most are more snakeoil potions.

How ever when your in pain you will explore it if it can give you some comfort.

I tried a product called Natural Joint Ease by Fortius Inc Calgary Alberta

There is 120 capsules per bottle and I took two after breakfast and it was as good as 2 advil without the side affects excellent product worked great for me.

I'm sure that there is other like it out there some guy is selling a simular product on the net can't remember the name, but it's out of the US.

Hi there SnakeOil ,

Welcome to our friendly little group 8)

Thanks for your input , I was tempted about 18 months ago to actually purchase the "Loose the Back pain " Video Etc but something told me to hold off .

Perhaps you have answered my question as to why I didn't follow thru :?:

If you still have back trouble , Download Dean's Book , It's Honest , Positive , Full of good idea's and there is no false promises made or implied within it !

It's a really uplifting Ebook to read and Dean has done a great job of motivating the reader to resolve the Back Pain by themself without going out to external sources UNLESS they are really needed .

The Ebook is well worth the small donation to download it , and Dean is a great dude and motivator on this forum to keep us all moving towards getting better .

Thanks for your input & a 8) welcome from myself ( And I'm sure the same will apply from all the others within the group ! :D )

All the Best ,

Mark

Snake Oil ,

We are normally pretty quick around here :D

The DRX 9000 seems to have suddenly popped in to the forum , there are a few questions about it over the last few days .

Do a forum search on DRX 9000 and you should find all the threads in this forum that mention the DRX 9000

So far from memory , 1 Person found it good and another found it No Help .

At the end of the day the DRX 9000 seems to be a fancy version of a standard Traction Machine that most ( probably All ? ) Physiotherapists / PT's have access to .

Regards ,

Mark
