would like to add to the basics

I have only been doing the "Rebuild your back" exercises about a week now and I have seen a great deal of improvement for my sciatica. (both legs). There is still slight numbness in both legs and toes. But am no longer walking with a limp. I receive a lot of relief in the lower back when I do the squat. (My lower back tightens when I walk too much) The Squat seems to "free" it up. Yet, I was wondering if it was too soon to add this to the first stage of this treatment. I also feel good doing the "the Cat and the Dog- "Tail Wag" after doing the Cobra. Again, do you think I am rushing things?

Hi Gary,

No, those exercises are pretty low impact and I often recommend them for people to try as alternatives to the basics.
