I have back problems the sciatic pain as described in the book I just bought. I didn't see any reference to morning extreme leg pain which I do have really badly. I am diabetic I need to point that out . I am extremely overweight and to sedentary . Exercise only makes the legs hurt worse in the mornings. The dr thought fluid so I take and extra fluid pill no affect on it .He checked my ankles I have good circulation. What can it be and how do I help it I stay up as long as I can because I dread going to bed and waking up and trying to move I hold furniture to get to the bathroom around the corner and actually cry with the pain its so bad. Later after I have moved its some better but they always ache and I can't walk much.
I can't enjoy my life.

Is there anyone else out there with this problem??[/b]

Hi Cassie

Has your doctor discussed the possibility of bariatric surgery for you? I've heard it's the most effective treatment for obesity ... and that is your first step, isn't it ... to lose some of that unnecessary weight? Apparently other co-morbidities like diabetes and back pain are reduced for many who receive this surgery.
