Inverted profusion L3

Hi, Just wanted to say I have found Deans site most informative. I have been trying the exercises for the last few days. As much as I feel Ok I know that the pain is still there. I am still on strong medication. Doctors have told me it is too risky to operate as they have concerns about the position of the buldge(being inverted), and they have offered to do a nerve root blockage. The pain of this alone scares me and I feel it is only a bandaide for my pain. I will keep on doings Deans exercises as I am extremely hopful I will get out of this debillating state. I would like to hear any of your comments. Regards Colleen

Mark and I have some comments at your other post (lost in the system). Mark has some really good stuff for you!!

In the meantime, I'd like to repeat my main question: what exactly is an INVERTED disc bulge? Disc problems add a complexity to the back rebuilding process; especially at the beginning, it is important to do only those exercises that put a minimum of pressure on the weakened disc. Thankfully, there are a lot of different exercises to choose from.
