Hi to you all I love this forum!! I'll let you in on what has been going on with my husband. He has had his own Booming and Tug bussness for 20 years. \he's been "bashing" himself into logs for 20 yrs .So his body has gone through ----ll. He also has just gone through a major hernia operation so now he has to wait till it heals so he can start doing exersicing. His sciatica is so bad he's just laying in bed. his L5 is pretty pain full also. He to has been told he has drop toe he has no reflex in his legs. He would really like to do this with only doing Rebuild Your Back but he is is so much pain. And now he has stopped using all the pain pills as he's not keen on the side effects. Do any of you know what he could do in the meen while till he can do the exersicing. I was reading your post cygnet, and what did you start for your recovery if you didn't have the surgery. O I'm hopiong to download the ebook very soon. thanks so much.
