Sorry to hear that you are having so much pain! I just wanted to make a small suggestion that really helped me. I also have a desk job that requires a lot of sitting and I found a product that truly helped me improve my back pain. It is a computer keyboard/monitor riser that allows you to stand and work at the same time. You can start with just a few times a day and work your way up to as much as you can. I stand most of the day now and it has really helped my back pain, overall health, and I have lost a pound or two :) You should check it out. If you look up staandupdesk on the web you can find it. It's pretty cheap too. The word stand does have two a's in it for the website. Best of luck. Back pain stinks! :)
