SI Pain Shifting

I have been following corrective therapy for right sided SI joint pain which goes into my groin and calf sometimes. I have been doing the self adjustments and my CHEK practitioner is doing them to me also.

Now when I walk I do not have quad and psoas tightening. Instead both hamstrings and calves get tight. Am I correct in assuming that this is because i am neutral and have better posture instead of a foreward lean?

Also, since being treated for the right SI joint the left one is sore. Is this because it is now balanced and not used to stress in this position?

Just curious. It is not an excrutiating pain but a strain and discomfort.
