pinched nerve

Postby Chris » Wed Jan 31, 2007 5:44 am

Hello everyone, this is my first time coming to this site. I really appreciate all the info that it has to offer.

I have been having extreme pain in my right leg and ankle when I stand or sit. I also have some numbness in the calf area and on the outer top portion of my foot. I had a MRI done today and awaiting an appointment to discuss with the MD the results.

I can't sit or stand without pain and have some pain at times when I'm lying down. I've been lying in bed for over 2 weeks now. Muscle relaxers done seem to help, but pain medication does help, but makes me sleep.

The MRI tech. did confidentially share with me that I do have a pinched nerve from a disk that apparently is collapsed on one side. But of course asked me to wait and let the MD tell me.

I'm not sure if I have Scatica or not but it sure does sound close to what I have been experiencing. If this is the case, I am blessed that I found this site to help learn from others & take the step in the right directions.

I attempted to download the book, RYB, but got the message to enter a correct city, state & zip. Don't know what I did wrong. Is there any other method of obtaining this book?

Hi Chris,

You probably made a typo on the PayPal form. The usually mistake is to type spaces when entering your card number. It must be entered in one continuous string.

What you are describing does sound like sciatica. Check out that section of the forum and my articles on the subject.

Hi Dean,

I have read most of all the info on your site and I found that it makes sense, whereas other treatments only take care of the surface problems.

This is why I would like to obtain a copy of your book.

However, I am still having problems obtaining a copy. Now its telling me to use an valid credit card. I only have one and its very much valid.

I entered the numbers as you stated, but still comes back with the same response. Is there any other way of obtaining a copy? Money Order or Cash etc?

Hi again,

No sorry, PayPal is the only way for right now.

Trust me, if the card is valid - and I'm sure it is - you're entering some bit of info incorrectly... some sort of typo... otherwise PayPal would take it.

Could be the number itself, the exp date, the veri code or even your name or address. Be sure to enter the number as one string... no spaces or hyphens. (This is the most common mistake.)
